at a court held 18.12.1693 Ralph Josselin was admitted to one parcel of land called Lovelands alias Loveneys containing 10a in Earls Colne and at a court held 8.4.1712 it appeared that the said Ralph 1.1.1712 came before the deputy steward and surrendered the said lands then or late in the tenure or occupation of Jn Fletcher or his assigns to the use of the said Jn Fletcher of Earls Colne yeoman upon which proclamation was made etc now at this court it appeared that the said Jn died after the last court and that Joseph Fletcher is his eldest son and heir upon which came the said Joseph by Frances Burton widow his grandmother and his attorney etc and was admitted etc and gave fine but fealty respited
