at this court the homage present that Abigail Abbutt died after the last court seised of a close of pasture called Litchards alias Newmans and of a parcel of land called Glaziers and also of a tenement called The Blue Boar which premises were of Rose Abbutt late deceased and held by copy and none came to take them therefore first proclamation made etc
