at a court held 26.5.1713 Abigail Abbutt was admitted according to the tenor of the will of Rose Abbutt her daughter deceased to one tenement with appurtenances situated in Earls Colne called The Blue Boar and at the last court it appeared that the said Abigail had died so seised therefore first proclamation was made now at this court came Joseph Abbutt gentleman her son and the next heir of the said Rose Abbutt deceased and was admitted etc by the annual rent of 10s and gave fine etc
