died about the last court seised of certain lands and tenements copyhold of the manor and that he had surrendered the same to his will now at this court came

the tenor concerning the premises in the following words item I give and bequeath all that my copyhold estate commonly called or known by the name of

in Colne White in the county of Essex with the house barn stable and outhouses and all other appurtenances thereunto belonging unto my daughter

during the term of her natural life and after her decease to

my granddaughter and her heirs forever upon which she is admitted to a messuage or tenement with yard orchard garden and buildings belonging and to four closes late five closes or parcels of land belonging to the messuage in the tenure of
