at the last court it appeared that before the court Jn Patrick died seised of a certain customary tenement held of the manor and that Thos Patrick is his eldest son and heir and that none come etc therefore first proclamation was made now at this court came the said Thos and was admitted to one customary messuage now divided into two tenements with appurtenances in the tenure of Wm Gibbs and Robt Hum or their assigns etc to hold according to the will of Jn Newton his grandfather late deceased etc and gave fine etc
