at the last general court it appeared that Dan Burdox died seised of a certain tenement and that none came therefore first proclamation was made etc now at this court came Dan Burdox eldest son and next heir of the said Dan deceased and was admitted to one customary tenement with appurtenances parcel of Sadlers situate at Colneford Hill etc and gave fine etc
