at this court came Margt Epes gentlewoman as attorney for Mary Thompson by virtue of letters of attorney under her hand dated 2.4. and surrendered one croft of land with a garden enclosed called Mallories upon which a house is built also two crofts containing 5a and two other crofts lying next to Sandhills containing 4a and an aldercarr late parcel of Millfield with appurtenances to the use of the last will of the said Mary Thompson
