at this court same Geo Biddulph gentleman and craved admittance as nephew and next heir of Geo Biddulph esq deceased to a toft of ground where formerly a tenement stood near to the free messuage of Frances Biddulph widow in Earls Colne part thereof lying within the court yard or garden belonging to the said freehold messuage and the other part without the wall next the highway or street there to whom seisin is granted etc and he gave fine etc
