whereas at a court held 28.4.1713 Alice Baker was admitted tenant for life on the surrender and last will of her father Jn Williamson to a messuage or tenement in Earls Colne now at this court found that the said Alice is lately dead whereupon came her brother Wm Williamson and was admitted to part of a tenement in Holt Street at the west end of Old Hall Orchard in Earls Colne to hold according to the tenor and will of his father Jn Williamson deceased and held by the annual rent of 3s4d and he gave fine etc and did fealty
