also the homage did find that on 17.8.1737 Thos Angier gentleman and Eliz his wife and Geo Angier only son and heir apparent of the said Thos and Eliz she the said Eliz first solely examined by Solomon Grimston deputy steward and consenting surrendered one croft of land with appurtenances in Colneford Hill sometime in the occupation of Jn Bridge and also one croft called Spilwaters containing 4a and also a parcel of land called Kings Garden and also one orchard called Kings Garden and also one tenement called The Water House with a yard and appurtenances sometime Smith's afterwards Baker's and also all that messuage or tenement called Perryes with the yards gardens and appurtenances situate on Colneford Hill sometime in the tenure of Joan Wade and Ann Penwick widow and also one piece of land or marsh containing by estimation 1a between the river and Peak Lane and also two crofts of land called Millfield containing 3a more or less in White Colne with their appurtenances and all other their copyhold lands etc to the use of the said Eliz for life and after her decease to the use of the said Geo Angier and his heirs and assigns forever and also the homage find that the said Eliz is since dead and because none came therefore proclamation made etc
