at this court came Thos Sewell and Roger Green gents trustees under the will of the said Susanna Littell deceased by Rich Dutton their attorney and acknowledged to hold by free deed a messuage and certain lands called Prucknetts given and devised unto them in the last will of the said Susanna deceased upon certain trusts therein mentioned by the yearly rent of 1li6s3d and paid the lords for a relief 1li6s3d
