also found that Robt Newman gentleman died since the last court seised of two orchards at Colne Green whereof one lies north of the free tenement containing 2r and the other east of the said tenement containing 40p and of a purpresture adjoining to the said house containing 4p and also of 20a of land called Coes late Smith's and also of two closes called Lower Coes and also of a piece of land called Inhams lying by Burrough Bridge late of Ralph Joscelyn and that Susanna Newman spinster is his only sister and heir whereupon came the said Susanna and was admitted etc and she gave fine etc
