also at this court found that Wm Woods and Hannah his wife on 10.5.last surrendered by the hands of Wm Carter gentleman steward of the manor for that purpose only she the said Hannah solely examined and consenting all those four pieces or parcels of arable land and pasture called Little Bradfields containing 12a more or less now in the occupation of widow Rayner and also all other the messuage lands tenements and hereditaments of them the said Wm Wood and Hannah his wife holden of the said manor and the reversions etc to the use of the said Hannah for life and from her decease to the use of the said Wm Woods his heirs absolutely forever whereupon came the said Hannah by the said Wm Woods her attorney and the said Wm Woods and were admitted etc by the annual rent of 5s4d and they gave fine etc
