also at this court found that Wm Wood and Hannah his wife on 15.10.last surrendered by the hands of Rich Wale gentleman steward she the said Hannah being first solely examined etc all those their four pieces or parcels of arable land and pasture called Little Bradfields containing 12a situate in Earls Colne now in the occupation of the widow Rayner of her assigns and all other customary land whatsoever and the reversions etc to the use of Geo Wall of Earls Colne and Laetitia his wife and the heirs of the said Geo forever whereupon they came and were admitted for their lives and after their decease to the heirs of the said Geo to hold by the annual rent of 5s4d and they gave fine etc
