also at this court found that Thos Stanton gentleman on 10.12.last surrendered by the hands of Rich Wale gentleman steward all that his messuage or tenement with yards gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging formerly Wait's near the vicarage house in Earls Colne and held by copy to the use of Jn Hudson of Colne Engaine yeoman and his heirs redeemable on the payment of 31li10s unto the said Jn Hudson his executors etc on 11.12.1749
