item it is presented that Jn Clerke junior took back cattle distrained and seized from the wife of Jn Pennock viz he took away the cattle at such a time as the wife of the said Jn Pennock took his cattle to pasture by depriving the said Jn Pennock of the cattle of the said Jn Clerke
