tenants of the lord and the same testifying one
with the intention that the lord being thus seised thereof should regrant the said parcel of land with appurtenances to the aforesaid

between them legitimately procreated and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said

and his heirs
surrendered the said premises thus seised at this same present court by his steward regranted out of his hands
to the aforesaid
Geo
and
Ann
his wife to hold to themselves and the heirs of their body between them legitimately procreated and in default
the remainder thereof to the rightful heirs of the said
Geo
and his heirs to whom the lord by the steward delivered thereof seisin to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies between them legitimately procreated from the lord by the rod etc and in default of such heirs the remainder thereof as stated above and they gave to the lord their fine as is shown in the margin
