a tenant of the lord in the presence of
Jn Leffingwell
similarly a tenant of the lord and others the same testifying the said croft of land with appurtenances to the use and behoof of
Jn Strutt
his heirs and assigns who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and because it was thus shown by the homage therefore he was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to him his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod etc and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown in the margin
