according as the said piece lies between the lands of

against a wood and common way there leading from the said Earls Colne as far as the common meadow and the said aldercarr called
Tredgold Fen
towards the south one head thereof abut ting upon the said
Tredgold Fen
towards the east and the other head thereof abutting upon a meadow of
Jn Pennocke
towards the west as etc to the use and behoof of
Robt Pereson
his heirs and assigns who present in court came and sought admittance thereof and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord to whom by the steward the lord delivered thereof seisin to hold for himself his heirs and assigns from the lord by the rod etc reserving thereof however for the lord and his heirs of this manor 5s per annum at the two usual annual terms for the manor to be paid in equal parts and suit of court and he gave to the lord etc and made fealty to the lord
