    Ashfield brother and next heir of Wm Ashfield deceased admitted in fee to the remainder expectant on the death of his mother Ann Ashfield widow of one croft of land called Whete Croft 3r of which is called Bowyers held by an ancient rent of 3d and the residue of the said croft by the rent of 9d and one other parcel of land called Beanefield Wellfield and Bamble holden by the ancient rent of 19d and also one croft of land called Mordons Croft holden by the rent of 4d and also all the other croft of land called Mordons which is holden by the rent of 5d and also one garden called Brigg Garden holden by the rent of 1h and also one pasture of land now divided into two upon one of which formerly stood a tile kiln and one pasture of land with a garden adjoining called Starre Pettle formerly Jn Hoy's afterwards Jn Wastlyn's and lately Jn Cook's holden by the rent of 7s4d and also one tenement with a garden adjoining by Doddingpolhoo one other tenement called Wanstaves one croft of land called Howlets one croft with an aldercarr called Smithes one croft of land with appurtenances formerly Jn Sexton's one tenement formerly Rich Hoo's and one garden called Hegges Garden lately Thos Haiward's with a certain way lying between certain land of the lord called Bridgmans on the one side and a croft of land of the lord called Taynter Croft on the other
