Jn Church son and heir of Barth Church to one tenement with a garden adjoining called Tredgolds lying in Colne St formerly Jn Bottelers and formerly in the tenure of Jn Barnake saymaker with one croft of land adjoining called Grapnells and with a certain way lying and being on the west part of the said tenement leading out of the road towards the said crofts
21Hen8 and also to one parcel of a garden late Geo Beeston's containing in length 6rod and in width 7ft lying in Colne St between a garden late of the said Geo called Grapnells on the west part and a tenement late of the said Barth called Tredgolds on the other part towards the east one head abuts upon the highway called Colne St towards the south and the other head abuts upon lands late of the said Barth towards the north
36Hen8 and also to one parcel of a garden late of Robt Peerson gentleman containing in length 6rod4ft and in width 9ft lying in Colne St between the residue of the garden of the said Robt Peerson called Grapnells on the other part west and a parcel of a garden late parcel of the said garden called Grapnells late Geo Beeston afterwards of the said Barth on the other part east one head abuts upon the queen's highway called Colne St towards the south and the other head upon lands late of the said Barth north and also to one tenement with a garden adjoining called Muggs alias Prynces situate in Colne Church St between a tenement called The George on the east and a tenement of the said Barth late belonging to the convent or priory of Colne called Tredgolds on the part of the west
31Hen8 and also to one croft of land and one piece of an aldercarr lying separately called Boultinghouse Croft alias Boultinghouse Fenn parcel of a tenement and 30a of land called Clarks formerly in the tenure of Jn Clarke and late of Thos Rolte which croft called Boultinghouse Croft lies between a lane called Boultinghouse Lane towards the east and the said piece of an aldercarr late of the said Thos Rolt containing 2a2r30p on the west one head abuts upon a parcel of land now enclosed towards the highway leading from Earls Colne towards Halstead south and the other head upon a way leading from Boultinghouse Lane towards Little Bridgmans towards the north and the said piece of an aldercarr called Boultinghouse Fenn lies between the said lane leading from Boultinghouse Lane towards Little Bridgmans on the one part towards the south and certain lands late of Ann Ashfield called Hobstevens on the other part towards the north one head thereof abuts upon lands late of the said Ann Ashfield east and the other head upon the aforesaid pasture called Little Bridgmans towards the south the said crofts holden by the rent of 2s10d
