26: My wife and I rode to Wethersfield and from thence to Bumpsted, saw our friends in health, gods good providence was over us for good: 27: Rode to Clare enjoyed the lecture, saw my aunt who is going again into the troubles, Lord keep her, my uncle shepherd had a fall from his Horse, we came safe home found our children well, oh that I could be thankful to the Lord for this his goodness./
