Feb: 28: This week god was gracious and merciful to me, and mine, in our outward mercies Maries ague continued, but I trust the violence of the fit is abated, my wife is somewhat troubled with her gums, the Lord in mercy Sanctify his dealing to us all, the Lord was good to me in the Sabbath, and in the duties thereof, the good Lord in mercy accept of me, and pardon me according to the riches of his grace, I bless the Lord that in some measure has kept me in integrity, give me a pure and holy heart I humbly entreat thee, to serve thee acceptably.

Cromwell called home from the army to attend, the affairs of the house according to the ordinance upon which the new Model was raised: reported so but not true.
