May: 2: This week the lord good and merciful to me and mine in our peace, health, plenty(,) in many outward mercies, journeyings, and occasions, only my left eye in the outer corner ill with a rheum, what I dress it with comes with a hawk down into my throat, the lord merciful in preserving of me from many evils whereunto incident, good in expounding scripture and preaching the word, the Lord make me daily more light, for I am dark and weak the Lord in mercy be gracious unto me and mine and continue to use me and delight in me and pardon and accept me for his names sake.
