28. Meeting at Mr Burroughes of Pebmersh: Col. Cooke with us, who lovingly invited us into his house to meet there one time in course; I positioned and maintained the question: my brethren and I are none of the nimblest disputants, but exercise will quicken us I hope. Mr Harlakenden subpoenaed into the Exchequer at Mr Faulconers suite wherein both sides rely on me as their witness, I hope in god, I shall discharge my conscience uprightly:
