March: 26: 1648: This week the Lord was good and merciful to me in my peace, and plenty, wanting nothing necessary in these scarce times as also good in giving sweet health, and strength unto me, the lord mercy in giving me strength for the Sabbath, and enabling me in some poor manner to serve him in the same, this week seemed to portend new storms and troubles, but if yet blessed be our god that lives for ever and ever; the lord be magnified who has kept me this week past from the power and rage of Satan, and not suffered iniquity to have dominion over me, the good lord in mercy keep me blameless to the end, and in the end for Jesus sake.
