Dec: 23. This week the lord was good and gracious to me and mine in our peace, plenty preservation, gods providence called me to Halsted, where I endeavoured to speak home to my heart, and the peoples, the lord second the word with a blessing, I went at night to Mr Harringtons at Maplestead, where I was kindly entertained, I found his son ill. but in my opinion somewhat better than formerly.
