Feb: 29. This week past the lord was good to me and mine in our healths, preservations and outward mercies, the season was very sweet and comfortable, god good to us in the town the disease of the smallpox does not spread. I hear not above two families, that are now under that affliction, lord let myself and all mine be hidden under thy wings perpetually: the lord with me in the work and service of the day for which my soul desires to rejoice in him.
