May. 14: The lord was good and merciful to me, and mine in many outward good things, wherein my soul rejoices, this day the lord gave us the liberty of his table, and was good to us therein, my heart mourns over dissatisfied spirits but my soul rejoices in the lord, my heart is dead, and much prepared unto every good work, oh lord make ready my heart for thy self, that I may be yours in all my paths, the lord was good to me in his word, in his ordinance at the table, the lord gave us not the company of some, the lord do us good in all his own ways day by day.
