June. 25. This week god was good to me and mine in the continuance of outward mercies unto us staying my heart also in and under all the difficulties of the times, and the expectations of evil coming upon us, now busy in choice of p. men, wherein I desire not to meddle: the lord was good to me in the Sabbath, drawing out my heart affectionately in the duties thereof, my dear wife blessed be god verily well, and gets up exceedingly comfortably.
