This day I saw a licence under the hands of the Irish Comd. for a soldier to marry, and without such licence they may not marry, so that in England they are forbidding ministers to solemnise marriage, and the soldiers to marry without their licence, may in part fulfil that character which purled me to apply to this last timed generation. viz. 1.
