May. 20 god good to me in my face, I did not find any hurt or pain in it, god good in little Nans reviving who was very ill, we had formerly and this day comforting showers the lord moisten, and spiritualise our hearts; god was good to me in the word, I find old foolish imaginations taking hold on my spirit, and hindering me in my business, the lord in mercy deliver me from vain thoughts, and let my heart be reserved for him and for that which is his service,
