Aug. 23. Sickly times, god wonderfully gracious in the health of all my family, Major Haynes sick at Markshall, desired us to remember him in prayer, the lord in mercy do it, for his own names sake, and restore him for the good of his people in these parts(.) by report there never was a more sickly time generally in England than now, the lord good to me in the Sabbath for which I bless his name.
