Mr Elliston came and told me Dr Wright was certainly dead, I had no warning of his sickness, I was troubled that such a providence found me not better employed, and disposed, but I bless god though I am likely to loose 60li. per annum. yet that is not much trouble. god lives who is able to provide for me, and in him I trust he will, that its in love to me, what he does, though I confess I am unworthy of his bounty, it was mercy to me he lived until the quarter day was part.
