Oct: 11: God good to us in the season, a seed time never better, the days, warm, and dry(.) the lord good in my families health, I found my heart in and under the providence of Dr Wrights death, calm. submissive to god, trusting in him, that he will of his mercy provide for me, that my bread shall be sure and my waters not fail, oh let me not want a heart to love and serve this god, and to obey him with a perfect and an upright heart.
