My wife very ill, I hope the occasion good for her body and spirit, putting her in mind of gods mercy, and making it new and fresh, god blew over the qualm, the lord in mercy engage us to close walking with him, the season wonderfully cold, much snow god provided for us against such a day, stock my heart against death and changes(.) the lord good to me in the Sabbath, and the word and duty thereof, the lord own and accept me in his beloved.
