30. I dreamed I had much to do to keep a fierce mastiff off me, I was sorely set on by Mr S. and charged by him in his passion for that which he could not in the least instance it, but the fault evidently in him. he did not turn and say I repent of the wrong. but lord I then thought oh how much does, must god forgive me, and this made my heart run over with kindness to him. lord I am such a poor piece if you leave me. but lord I trust you never will, that I should dishonour thee.
