Sept: 23: God good to me and mine in outward mercy, a very sweet comfortable seed time. I meet with trouble in my servants, lord I am a worse servant unto thee, if you punished my failings in my relations unto me, how very sad and grievous would they be. I pray thee, pardon me, and bless me, rejoice over me to do me good continually. my dear Friend Mrs H. writes of returning to Colne, the lord make her a clear way, and quiet her heart with us
