Sept. 30. returned safe from Bromly where kindly used by Mr Bowes the minister. god has cast my lot in a better place. for which my praises with him. harvest scarce ended there: this day dews. god good in his word, heard of a great fire at London, lord bless and preserve mine there and the whole city.
