Oct. 12. After a wet week continual floods. raining if not day and night, yet every night towards the day breaking. that I could not stir a plough. this night it rained not, yet the sky looks lowering, god in his due time will give us our seed time. god good to me in the word, times look lowering, I cannot but think the Courts design is to make parliaments useless, or rid the crown of them.
