sought a precept from the lord of the said manor to the bailiff of the same manor to be directed to deliver to him full seisin of the said tenements according to the custom of the said manor and it is granted returnable to him here at one o'clock on this same day and afterwards at the same one o'clock this same day

bailiff of the said manor and minister of this court by the mandate of the said precept has delivered seisin thereof to him as directed in full obedience and execution according to the custom of the said manor viz that he himself by virtue of the said precept thereof directed to him this same day did give to the aforesaid

now present in court in person sought admittance thereof to whom the lord by his steward granted seisin thereof to hold the said tenements with appurtenances to the aforesaid

gave to the lord his fine and made fealty and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord and afterwards this court sitting in peace came the said

and in full and open court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward the said premises with appurtenances viz one capital messuage with garden and curtilage adjoining sometime called
Sonningewells
with one tenement adjoining called
Tabers
with their appurtenances lying in the said Colne as they are divided and shown by the metes and bounds to the use and behoof of
Sam Brewer
his heirs and assigns forever to whom the lord by his said steward granted seisin thereof to have to the same

and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave for his fine as is shown in the margin
and made fealty to the lord and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord and next into the same said court came now the said

Guy Groome
in person and in full and open court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward and also by licence of the lord remitted released and confirmed to the aforesaid
Sam Brewer
for his full and peaceful possession and established seisin according to the custom of the said manor and to his heirs and assigns all right estate title claim interest and demand whatever of and in the said land and other premises with appurtenances and all and every miscarriage of justice misappropriation petition suit of court plea action real personal or mixed whatever of about and concerning the said premises or any parcel thereof to the use and behoof of the said

and his heirs forever from the aforesaid
