with their appurtenances lying in the said Colne as they are divided and shown by the metes and bounds to the use and behoof of

his heirs and assigns forever to whom the lord by his said steward granted seisin thereof to have to the same

for his full and peaceful possession and established seisin according to the custom of the said manor and to his heirs and assigns all right estate title claim interest and demand whatever of and in the said land and other premises with appurtenances and all and every miscarriage of justice misappropriation petition suit of court plea action real personal or mixed whatever of about and concerning the said premises or any parcel thereof to the use and behoof of the said
