whereas at a court here held saturday being 22.9.1599 Robt Game Sam Game Thos Game Barth Game and Rich Game were admitted tenants of the lord for themselves and their heirs to one piece of land containing by estimation about 18a parcel of a certain piece of land called Bettingesland according as by the roll of the same court here brought into court and clearly shown now to this court came the said Barth Game and in full and open court surrendered into the hands of the lord by the hands of his said steward all and fully his part and interest of and in the said premises to the use and behoof of the said Sam Game his brother and his heirs to whom the lord by his said steward granted and delivered seisin thereof to have to the same Sam Game and his heirs to hold from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine as is shown etc and he made fealty to the lord and was admitted thereof tenant of the lord
