and also at this court it is shown by the homage that Ann Pryor died after the last court seised in her demesne as of fee of one tenement or cottage with garden adjoining with appurtenances called Goolds situated and lying in the said Colne and that Thos Pryor is her son and the next heir of his mother and should have the right to the said premises upon which to this court came the aforesaid Thos Pryor being 15yrs old or thereabouts and humbly sought from the lord admittance to the said premises to whom the lord by his said steward granted to him seisin thereof to have to him and his heirs from the lord by the rod at the will of the lord according to the custom of the said manor by the rents and services thereunto belonging and by right accustomed and he gave to the lord his fine and his fealty was respited until etc and also to this court came Thos Pryor father of the said Thos and sought that custody of the body of his said son and of the said premises should be committed to him during the minority of his said son and it was granted to him and whereupon the said Thos the father gave to the lord his fine for his said estate and made fealty and was admitted until etc
