item the said homage present that Jn Clark and Edw Clark held divided one messuage or tenement from the lord of this manor by the rent of 4d among other services therefore by agreement made by the said Jn and Edw to the homage the partition of the said rent was in the following form viz that the aforesaid Jn Clark his heirs and assigns for their part should pay to the lord 2d per annum and that Edw Clark his heirs and assigns for their part should pay to the lord the rent of 2d per annum
