the homage swear on their oath that Wm Stephens gentleman 12d Geo Cockerell Wm Prentice and Robt Davy are tenants of this manor and owe suit at this court but this day made default therefore each of them to amerce as is shown above their names except those who are pardoned their default at the first court by the lord in the court roll
