at this court second proclamation was three times made according to the custom of the said manor that Ann Turnor the heir of Helen Stephens deceased should come to take from the hands of the lord one customary tenement with appurtenances of which the said Helen died seised but she did not come therefore the seizure thereof which was first made was continued
