at this court the first proclamation was three times made that Thos Savill gentleman and Sibilla his wife were to come to court and take out of the lord's hands a tenement to their use surrendered by Jn Cressener gentleman and by Thos Bowes esq which surrender was found by the homage at this court and because none came there precept etc
