at this court the second proclamation was made that Thos Savill gentleman and Sibilla his wife should come into court and take out of the lord's hands a tenement to their use surrendered by Jn Cressener gentleman and by Thos Bowes esq which surrender was found by the homage at the last court and because none came therefore precept etc
