at this court came Jn Pease customary tenant of this manor and surrendered one tenement with garden belonging situate in Church Street in Earls Colne now in his occupation to the use of the said Jn for the term of his life and after his death to the use of Jane Pease his wife and her heirs and assigns forever which Jn and Jane were admitted etc and gave fine etc
