at a court here held 9.1.1679 Abraham Campin and Hannah Campin were admitted to them and the longer liver and their heirs and assigns to one cottage and parcel of land late waste soil of the manor situate upon Colne Green and at a court here held 26.3.1690 it appeared that the said Abraham and Hannah surrendered by the hands of Sam Burton instead of the bailiff in the presence of Thos Bigsby and Rich Tyler to said cottage etc to the use of Thos Gray and none came therefore proclamation etc now at this court came Thos Gray and was admitted etc and gave fine and fealty was respited
